I made Spinach and Bacon quiches the other day and the flavor was so out of this world. Spinach is one of my favorite green vegetables, and pairing it with Butterball bacon made it even more enjoyable

There is no secret that I love breakfast. I remember how my great grandmother placed me on a high chair, letting me watch her to cook huge breakfast for the family. I would eat the plate clean!
For years I have tried to master at cooking egg omelet but failed so miserably time and time again. Then one day something clicked and I would have to let the pan really hot with a tsp of butter on it, melting away!
Omelets are so versatile. I can put any toppings inside the omelet. What I love in omelet are extra cheese, green peppers, chopped ham, chopped onions, etc. Sausage is what I absolutely love in an omelet but I loathe breaking them up in other pan. Thank god for Jimmy Dean Sausage Crumbles. It couldn’t come at a better time!
I got my pan on the stove at medium high heat and put a tsp of butter (or olive oil) and wait for it to melt. Meanwhile, I beat 2 eggs with a bit of milk and lot of seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, etc)
Now I pour the egg mixture onto the pan and let it sit for a minute. I use a small spatula slide the edge around the pan, so it won’t stick. I then put shredded cheese when the egg is halfway through and then put Jimmy Dean Sausage Crumbles.
When the egg is done, to fold them is how I use the spatula and then flip to the other side so they get to cooked through.
This is exactly how I like my eggs, a little bit runny with lot of cheese and sausage crumbles. It is so delicious!
